Bold fine art abstract painting perfect for a contemporary living room

Miriam Wells is a Sydney-based artist living and working on Wangal land. Her work is in two gears - lyrical floral abstracts, and contemporary abstract expressionism. She's fascinated by growth and seasonal change - and how these processes are both fast and slow simultaneously. Her practice is anchored by the simple art of paying attention in small green spaces - and how this opens up new worlds. Through this small lens of vessels, petals and ponds, wonder lives in every brushstroke.
